At Stellar Blends, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help under the conditions below.





📦 Returns



We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:


  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging






🚫 Non-Returnable Items



Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:


  • Wigs that have been worn, altered, or removed from original packaging
  • Lingerie and intimate apparel
  • Any personal wear items






🔥 Final Sale Items



All items purchased from our “Under $25”, “Sale”, or “Limited Deals” collections are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.





⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items



If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.


We will review and provide a replacement or refund if approved.





💳 Refunds



Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved:


  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank



Shipping costs are non-refundable
